This page answers common operational questions about registration, submission, and payment for The 5th ICEBEF 2026. If your question is not answered here, please contact the committee using the details at the end of this page.

A. Account and Registration

1. Is registration still open?

Yes. Registration, abstract submission, payment, and full paper submission are open from 21 September to 06 November 2026. The conference will be held on 18 November 2026.

2. How do I create an account?

Visit the ICEBEF website and select Create User Account. Fill in your details, create a username and password, then click SEND. Once the confirmation message appears, you can log in.

3. What if I forget my username or password?

Use the Forgot login? menu and verify through your registered email to receive a new password.

4. How do I register as a presenter?

After logging in, select the presenter role in your account. Full guidelines: Registration Guidelines.

B. Abstract and Full Paper Submission

5. How do I submit my abstract?

Log in to your account, open the abstract menu at the bottom right of the page, and fill in your abstract details.

6. What should I do after my abstract is accepted?

Download your Letter of Acceptance (LoA), upload your proof of payment, and then upload your full paper.

7. Where can I get the LoA?

The LoA can be downloaded from your account once your abstract has been accepted.

8. What template should I use for my paper?

All abstracts and full papers must follow the official ICEBEF Proceeding Article Template. Papers that do not follow the template will not be processed, and the committee will not reformat manuscripts on behalf of authors.

9. What is the deadline for submitting the full paper?

No later than 06 November 2026. Papers submitted after the deadline will not be included in the proceedings.

C. Payment

10. How much is the conference fee?

For Indonesian participants, the fee is IDR 250,000 for presenters and IDR 150,000 for participants. For international participants, the fee is USD 20 for presenters and USD 10 for participants.

11. Where should I transfer the payment?

Please transfer to BNI, account name Jurnal ICEBEF, account number 9881954324307304.

12. How do I confirm my payment?

Upload your proof of payment through your account on the ICEBEF website no later than 06 November 2026.

D. Conference Day

13. Do I need to attend in person?

No. The conference will be held online via Zoom Meeting on 18 November 2026.
